BodshamMicro Greens Sell Out!
The Woodpeckers have been literally tasting the success of their efforts growing micro-greens for sale. The fresh boxes of pea-shoots, cress and other super-healthy shoots were quickly sold out! Thanks to Rebecca Smith and Ed Kyrke- Smith from the Kent School of Food who have helped the children learn about growing their own food. The children also planted First-Early potatoes last week which should be ready to harvest in the summer – potato salad at the Summer Fair anyone?
